What the App Does

MetaMurph EMS is a fitness / EMS training application that connects to compatible sports equipment via Bluetooth to control training sessions on the user’s device.

Information We Do Not Collect

We does not operate user accounts for MetaMurph EMS. No registration, login, or account creation is required.

The App does not collect, upload, or share personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or training records to the servers or to third-party analytics/advertising services.

Training-related settings and session state are processed locally on the user’s device and communicated to the connected EMS device over Bluetooth. They are not transmitted to our remote servers.

Permissions and Device Features

To provide core functionality, MetaMurph EMS may request:

• Bluetooth: to discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible EMS / sports devices.
• Location (approximate / precise, as required by the OS): on Android, location permission may be required by the operating system for Bluetooth Low Energy device scanning. The App does not use this permission to track your geographic location on a map or to share your location with third parties.

The App does not require camera, photo library, microphone, or contacts access for its core features.

Local Storage

The App may store limited preferences on your device (for example, language selection) using on-device storage. This information stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear App data.

Use of Information

Because We does not collect personal data from MetaMurph EMS to remote servers, we do not use such data for marketing, profiling, or sale.

Disclosure to Third Parties
